Some of our products are made to order, while others are ready to ship (each item is labeled on its product page). Made-to-order styles have a processing time before shipping, so please factor this in when placing your order.

Tracking emails are typically sent within 3 – 7 business days, though during high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days. Our team is working around the clock to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Need to cancel? Orders must be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in production, and we’re unable to cancel once it has started or shipped.
