Order FAQs 

How can I know the status of my order?  

Your order takes 1-3 business days to process (receive it, package and send it to USPS). Once we fulfill it you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your package at anytime.

Why can't I track my order if I received my tracking information?

USPS usually takes a while to scan the code in your package. Therefore, if you don't see your package in transit, but you already have your tracking number it means that the package is at USPS but they haven't scanned it.

How long does it take to ship? 

We offer 2 shipping options. Standard delivery that takes 2-5 business days and priority shipping that takes 1-3 business days. You have to take in consideration that it takes 1-3 business days for us to process the order before we send it to USPS (where your shipping option begins).

How can I process a return/exchange?

How can I change my order?

We can surely help you make changes to your order if we have not shipped it yet. Please email us at customerservice@hypeandvice.com so we can help you. If we have already shipped your order you will have to process and exchange or return once you receive it.

How long does it take to ship?

Since our products are specifically made for you it is going to take 1-6 business days for processing and shipping. With COVID-19 we are taking serious precautions to make sure our warehouse workers are safe so unexpected delays may occur. Our goal is to ship all your orders as fast as possible so we will do our best so you'll have it on your door asap!

Can we return or exchange our order?

At this point, we can only support size exchanges. Please visit our Returns page for more information on how to process a size exchange.

How long does it take to restock an item?

We try to restock our best-sellers often. Stay updated on our social media @hypeandvice where we usually announce when our items are back in stock.

How do sizes run? 

Our sizes run a bit small. We don't recommend skipping a size up, but if you are in the border line of size you can consider going a size up. We usually recommend the following: Small: 0-4 Medium 4-6 Large 6-10

Why is my school not on your website? 

At this time we only have the licenses (school's permission) to sell and distribute for the above schools. Trust us that we are working extremely hard to get to all of the schools as fast as possible - but it's a work in process. We are launching new schools very soon 😉 ! But for now you can shop our Shop by Color section.

Do you do custom orders? 

Yes, we do custom orders! Email us at custommade@hypeandvice.com for inquiries (minimum is 40 pieces per style)

Do you do group discounts? 

Yes, email us and we'll be happy to give you a discount (minimum of 30 pieces).

How can I be featured in your website or Instagram? 

We love to feature our gamebaes! Please tag us on every picture and we'll repost.

How can I be a campus rep? 

We are currently looking for campus reps across the US. If you are interested send us your resume with the subject "campus rep interest" to emily@hypeandvice.com

Do you do collaborations with brands or influencers?
