Eligibility

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, returned items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Show no signs of wear, including but not limited to make-up, deodorant, or other stains

  • Be in their original packaging with all tags attached

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection. Items that do not meet the above conditions will be deemed ineligible and will not be refunded or returned to you.

Fees

  • All returns and exchanges have a mandatory $10 handling fee (shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • If you opted in to the Offset option at checkout by paying a $3 fee, the $10 handling fee will be waived for your return or exchange.

  • If you choose store credit, an additional $10 will be added to your credit balance to cover the handling fee.

Additional Notes

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Hype and Vice is not responsible for any non–Hype and Vice items or unrelated products mistakenly sent in a return package.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
