Some of our products are made to order, while others are ready to ship, each item is labeled on the product page. Made to order items have a processing time, so please factor that in when placing your order.

Typically, tracking emails are sent within 5– 10 business days. With the current high volume, processing times may take a few extra days, we’re working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Need to cancel? Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, your product may already be in production, and we’re unable to cancel once production has started or the item has shipped.
